I introduce myself
I have always cooked passionately, thanks to the love passed on to me for good food by my parents. Owner of the Gran Bar Prestige in Sinalunga,professional barman and sommelier, I have worked since I was a boy in the family restaurant where I understood how fundamental contact with the customer is for me.
For this reason, several years ago I decided to start my ownchef, barman and sommelier service at home in the province of Siena, Arezzo and Perugia, an experience that allows me to express myself at my best and to convey my love for cooking.
I deal with different types of events: from dinners at the client's home to company dinners and then aperitifs, refreshments, buffets and so on. You choose the location, I will bring with me care and dedication to give you a truly unique experience.
My style in the kitchen
Call me on 339.8716969 and we will agree on the menu together, starting from selected ingredients and pairing an appropriate wine. Depending on the requests, I will take care of the purchase of the products, preparation, service and cleaning.
I mainly propose Tuscan cuisine, revisited in a modern key: I take what I like from tradition and reinterpret it, preferring seasonal raw materials and respecting their properties.
You will be able to choose from multiple types of menus to suit different tastes and budgets, including land, sea, vegetarian menus, tasting menus with a theme and much more.
Home restaurant
For your convivial evenings, don't worry, you have the possibility of being hosted in the intimacy of our house, a farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the Valdichiana countryside.
Here you will find authentic, ancient flavours, those of our grandmothers' kitchens, but also revisited and innovative dishes. We will create the menu together for your party or simply for an intimate evening between
friends or family.
You will eat in front of the fireplace in a rustic and pleasant setting, it will be a unique experience.

Cooking class
I offer my guests full immersion experiences in the typical Tuscany, with tailor-made cooking courses, where it is possible to acquire new skills on regional recipes of our magnificent
region.
The course lasts three to four hours.
It is possible to organize the cooking class directly in the villa where you are staying or in the structure I have at my disposal, located in the heart of Valdichiana.
